Sue’s Super Green Smoothie

2 x 16oz Servings


2 CUPS Water or Coconut Water
2 Good Handfuls of Kale Generous
Generous Sprig of Parsley
Generous Sprig of Cilantro
1 Banana
1/2 - 3/4 CUP Blueberries
2 TBSP Hemp Seeds or Sesame Seeds or Nut Butter


Place all ingredients in a blender and put on "Chop" setting until combined. Switch to "Smoothie" setting until desired consistency, pour and enjoy!
